Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to service Alpine, TX routes. You will build displays, manage shelf and inventory, and execute POS advertising while following merchandising standards. This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, and involves lifting 50+ pounds as part of daily duties.

Starting pay ranges from $19.73 to $24.20 per hour, with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Responsabilidades

• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.73 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
