Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic beverages are consistently available and properly displayed in retail locations. Start of shift details: Sundays through Thursdays, 6:00 AM until the route is completed, with pay starting at the listed hourly range.

Responsibilities include building displays, placing equipment, managing shelf allocation, and coordinating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.70 to $21.01per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
