Job description

Immediate Call Center Representative Needed

Opportunity to work for one of the largest medical equipment providers in the area, located onsite in Natick, MA. Compensation is $26/hour with a Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, and a 32-hour workweek.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of order entry experience
  • ERP/CRM software experience
  • Experience managing high-volume email communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience through courteous, prompt service and follow-up.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to company policies.
  • Provide timely updates on order status and product information.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal departments to meet customer service expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues and suggest corrective actions, continually seeking process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding service interruptions or customer concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and organizational policies, especially related to Quality and Regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively through business correspondence.
  • Participate in virtual and onsite team meetings.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length, and benefits may include:
