What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $27.50 per appointment (not based on sales) or a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Ask about our summer work program.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
