Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The Order Processor will be responsible for accurately and timely processing of customer orders from receipt through to fulfillment. This role involves verifying order information, entering data into our systems, coordinating with various departments including sales, inventory, and shipping, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Work Schedule

• Salary: $19 - $24 per hour
• Shift: First
• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

1. Receive, review, and process incoming customer orders from various channels (e.g., email, phone, online portals) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
2. Verify order details, including product information, quantities, pricing, customer information, and shipping instructions.
3. Enter and maintain accurate order data in the company's order management system (e.g., ERP, CRM).
4. Check product availability and coordinate with inventory management and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
5. Communicate with customers regarding order status, confirmations, discrepancies, backorders, and estimated delivery times.
6. Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints related to orders in a professional and timely manner.
7. Generate and process order-related documentation, such as packing slips, shipping labels, and invoices.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to clarify order specifications and resolve any discrepancies.
