Pay: $23/hr.
Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm
Location: Irvine, Ca (fully onsite)

Description:

1. Support Regional Account Managers.
2. Process and confirm purchase orders from customers/wholesalers using SAP system.
3. Answer calls; provide product info, pricing, part numbers, model numbers, UPC, and descriptions.
4. Provide delivery updates, tracking, proof of deliveries, and order confirmations via email, phone, fax, or EDI.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues thoroughly.
6. Review and correct part numbers and pricing on all purchase orders with attention to detail.
