Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Jersey City, NJ Operations team. This AM shift runs 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, with overtime possible. The role focuses on mail handling, item verification, and coordinating shipping.

You will open, separate, and itemize mail, verify items and payments, print labels, and manage shipping with the specified carriers. A background in receiving/shipping or warehouse work is a plus; strong PC skills and communication are

We're looking for an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor, DNA and works out of our Jersey City, NJ office. Candidates must be available to work 7:45AM-4:15PM (AM shift).

• You are willing and able to work overtime
• You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed

• You have a strong customer/client-focused mindset
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• You understand and follow FIFO
• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
• Computer Use : Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
• Hand Use : Regular hand use for various tasks.
• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.
• Sitting or Standing : Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Hourly Rate :

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
