Collectors is seeking an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team at our Jersey City, NJ office. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor, DNA and works out of our Jersey City, NJ office. Candidates must be available to work 7:45AM-4:15PM (AM shift).

You will open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type, verify items, print labels, and manage shipping for orders. Travel may be required for trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment and wear multiple hats.
• Able to prioritize all tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer/client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google programs.
• Understand FIFO and follow procedures.
• Receiving/shipping/mailroom/warehouse experience is a plus.
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.

Responsabilités

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Typing/Printing LOO/LOAs.
• Verify service type with payment and verify eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Sort orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing boxes and seal with tape.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
• Travel may be required for trade shows.
