Job summary

80/20 is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to handle customer orders from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely production handoffs. You will work with distribution partners and customers via phone, email, and in person to deliver a World Class Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or data entry.
• Can read and understand a blue print.
• Strong math skills including fractions and metric measurements.
• Proficient with Windows-based Office software.
• Excellent typing with high accuracy.
• English reading, writing and speaking to follow work instructions.
• Interacts professionally with customers, distributors, and 80/20 team.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full circle World Class Customer Service Experience to customers and team.
• Process orders from start to finish and verify accuracy before sending to production.
• Investigate price differences and inform Customer Service.
• Log, Track and Update all Order Holds.
• Schedule order ship dates.
• Schedule Bell Ringer ship dates.
• Process sample requests.
• Log required information into software per procedures.
• Participate in ongoing 80/20 product/software training.
