Job summary

Custom Goods LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to deliver first-level customer service and manage order processing within our warehouse environment. You will engage with customers via phone and email, track orders, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure accurate data entry and timely responses.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS. Two years of related experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution/fulfillment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS; strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer service to internal and external customers by phone or email.
• Process client orders, receipts, confirmations, and carrier communications.
• Maintain data integrity in account information and daily reports.
• Prepare shipping documents and route materials as needed.
• Record inquiries and actions taken; communicate order status to customers.
• Collaborate with staff and management to resolve issues promptly.
