Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Order Processing Associate in Westlake Village, CA for in-person work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with a pay range of $24–$25/hour.

You will process orders, set up accounts, and coordinate with warehouse and carriers to ensure accurate shipments. This role requires fast typing, strong Excel/Word skills, and meticulous attention to detail for handling multiple deadlines and sources of information.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus in a high-volume, fast-paced office with multiple deadlines.
• Proficient typing with experience in Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to track information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by pricing, dating, shipping method, and quantity accuracy.
• Handle orders via Magnum, email, and phone for multiple states.
• Print orders to warehouse and keep spreadsheets updated with allocations.
• Double-check pricing, dates, sizes, and quantities for accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and update licensing information in Magnum as needed.
• Communicate with warehouse to update labels and weekly shipment counts.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, generate manifests, and process invoices.
