Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Order Processor to pick and pack customer orders at a high-volume station, using a handheld RF scanner to ensure accuracy.

You will meet daily productivity standards, maintain quality, keep a clean, safe work area, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed during shifts. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse/order-picking environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a hand-held RF scanner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay $15.25/hour (plus an additional $1.50 shift differential)

Schedule Monday through Friday - 230 PM to 1100 PM

Overtime Schedule Monday through Saturday - 230 PM to 1200 AM

Job Summary

Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards.

Essential Job Functions *

• Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements
• Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes
• Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
• Ensure that work meets quality standards
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager
• Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
