Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and pack customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station. You will use a hand scanner to determine order requirements and pack items into appropriate boxes to meet daily productivity standards.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity targets, maintaining quality, conserving resources, and keeping a clean, safe work environment. This role is hourly with a starting pay of $15.50 per hour plus shift differential.

• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager
• Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
