Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Early Professional Warehouse Packer to support our packing and shipping operations in Woodridge, IL. The role focuses on accurate data entry, final quality checks, and careful packaging of outbound orders.

Shift is 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a similar role, a High School diploma, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and barcode scanners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar position / parallel working environment using a handheld barcode scanner and desktop PC applications.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform a final quality check to verify orders meet requirements.
• Input data entry to document items and quantities in packing transactions.
• Prepare and package outbound orders to protect from damage in transit.
• Attach packing lists and stage orders for shipment manifest.
• Identify expedited requirements and prioritize processing accordingly.
• Assist in training new packing staff.
