Job summary

Rexel USA in Naperville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, and shipping operations with focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. The role works in a fast-paced branch environment and requires reliable handling of materials and equipment.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer service while following SOPs and EH&S rules. This position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for growth and development within Rexel's

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED - preferred.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• No experience required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work Hours: 11am - 7pm.
• Receive materials against packing lists and verify quantities.
• Stock, stage, and fill customer orders accurately.
• Prepare branch orders and process shipment paperwork.
• Operate forklift, reach truck and related equipment as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May assist with counter sales and customer support.
