Rexel USA in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Packer to support fast-paced order fulfillment. You will perform final quality checks, prepare outbound shipments, label items, and stage orders for manifest while upholding accuracy and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar environment, ability to operate a pallet jack and barcode scanner, and attention to detail. Training new staff and maintaining packing supplies are also responsibilities; a High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar position with barcode scanning experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to operate a pallet jack and basic warehouse tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain safety.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality checks to ensure orders/transfers are accurate for packing.
• Input data to document items and quantities in each packing transaction.
• Prepare and package outbound orders to prevent damage in transit.
• Label packing lists and stage orders for shipment manifest.
• Identify expedited requirements and priority processing.
• Assist in training new packing staff and maintaining packing supplies.
