Job summary

Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Packing Associate to ensure accurate packing and timely shipment of orders. You will verify accuracy, input item data, and stage orders with packing lists while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, experience with handheld scanners, and the ability to lift and operate warehouse equipment. Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar position / parallel working environment with barcode scanners and PCs.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a final quality check to verify orders/transfers/vendor claims are 100% accurate per order requirements.
• Input data entry to document items and quantities in packing transactions.
• Prepare and package outbound orders to protect merchandise in transit.
• Attach packing lists and stage orders for shipment manifest.
• Identify expedited requirements and prioritize processing.
• Assist in training of new packing staff.
