Rexel USA in Woodridge, IL is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to join the Talley team. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping material to meet safety and productivity standards.

You will handle branch orders, perform inventory checks, operate forklift equipment when needed, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. No prior experience required, but forklift certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license may be required for

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and stock take materials.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping.
