Job summary

TCL North America is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage customer orders, ensure timely and accurate processing, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support customer satisfaction. Based onsite in Irvine, CA, you will track orders, shipments, and inventory, optimize shipping locations, and generate standard and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in order management, strong Excel, and ERP/retailer portal experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in order management, customer service, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with large data.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• ERP systems and retailer portals experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal order routing processes are efficient and accurate.
• Process and review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Sales to achieve month-end goals.
• Track orders, shipments, and inventory for assigned accounts.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems.
