Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks an experienced order management and customer service professional in Irvine, CA. You will manage customer orders, returns, recalls, and billing adjustments, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

You will investigate complex issues, reconcile consignments, prepare documentation for credits, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/JDE/Oracle).
• Strong communication and ability to handle high volumes via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, returns, billing adjustments, recalls, and account assignments.
• Process consignment conversions, analyze data, and generate reports for Sales and customers.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain documentation supporting customer credits in compliance with SOX.
