Job summary

TCL North America in Irvine, CA is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee customer orders, ensure accurate processing, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and customers to support timely delivery. You will process orders, request updated POs, track shipments, manage inventory for key accounts, and prepare reports while maintaining data integrity in internal systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in order management or related fields, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Request updated purchase orders (POs) and change orders when required.
• Support Demand Planning and Sales teams in achieving month-end goals.
• Track customer orders, shipments, and inbound containers.
• Manage inventory for assigned accounts to support service and sales objectives.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records within internal systems.
