TCL North America in Irvine, CA is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate processing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis, and excellent communication. You will support demand planning and sales with order tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal order routing processes are operating efficiently and accurately.
• Process and review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Request updated POs and change orders as required.
• Support Demand Planning and Sales teams in achieving month-end goals.
• Coordinate with retailers and use customer portals to manage orders and shipments.
• Track orders, shipments, and inbound containers and manage inventory.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal teams in a timely manner.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required.
