Fourlane is seeking an Order Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, verify product selections, pricing, and configurations, and ensure accurate setup for downstream billing and reporting.
The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance and Customer Success, and proactive issue resolution to minimize billing errors and reconcile data across systems.

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities
The Order Operations Specialist is responsible for executing the full order lifecycle with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all client purchases are correctly structured, processed, and aligned for downstream billing, tax handling, and financial reporting.
This role serves as a critical control point within the revenue process. While transactional in nature, the position requires strong attention to detail and accountability, as errors directly impact invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, and client experience.
Execute the end-to-end processing of all customer orders across internal systems. Ensure that all required fields, product selections, pricing structures, and service configurations are complete and accurate prior to finalization.
Validate pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services against approved company standards. Confirm that all order components align with current product offerings and pricing structures.
Ensure all orders are properly structured for invoicing, including subscription setup, billing cadence, payment terms, and tax applicability. Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders are handed off to Finance.
Maintain consistent and accurate data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems. Ensure alignment between systems to prevent downstream reconciliation issues.
Act as an operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Communicate order status, clarify discrepancies, and ensure alignment across teams.
Proactively identify order-related issues and discrepancies. Resolve straightforward issues independently and Escalate complex cases with clear documentation and context.
