Job summary

Parting Stone is seeking an Order Operations Manager in Santa Fe, NM to oversee the secure handling, tracking, and on-time fulfillment of all orders across our production and fulfillment network.

You will collaborate with production, customer service, and sales to maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and ensure chain-of-custody compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in order management, shipping and/or customer service.
• Proficiency with software systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Secure handling, tracking, and traceability of all orders in our care.
• Conduct regular order audits and reconcile records.
• Track status of active orders and prioritize those at risk of delay.
• Fulfill and ship collection kits, promotional materials, and merchandise.
• Coordinate customer drop-off/pick-up and provide order updates.
