Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in Santa Fe, NM to deliver a welcoming guest experience and support GM operations on the sales floor and backroom. You will stock, sort, and organize merchandise, assist with pick-up and Drive Up, and help maintain product availability.

Ideal candidates are friendly, adaptable, and able to work independently or with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to learn processes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at 10 ft and 4 ft and initiate warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support fellow team members and assist in other areas as needed.
• Sort, stock, organize, and store reserve product; maintain sales floor availability.
• Operate equipment if certified and unload freight.
• Process defective merchandise and follow safety policies at all times.
