Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process daily orders for assigned accounts and coordinate with Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Transportation, QA, R&D, Sales and the customer.

The role requires 1-3 years in customer service, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Outlook; travel and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a customer service related position required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasks
• General working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities

• Processes daily all orders received for accounts that are assigned to this position
• Coordinates processing of customer orders with Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Transportation, QA, R&D, Sales, and the customer
• Evaluates inventory, production and transportation issues to coordinate customer orders
• Confirms pricing and acknowledges order entry within 24 hours of receipt
• Promotes partnerships with internal and external customers
• Maintains professional representation of the company to customers
• May travel or be required to work outside normal business hours
