Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a customer service related position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Processes daily all orders for accounts assigned to this position.
• Maintains knowledge of each customer’s profile and communicates with Sales to raise awareness of order status.
• Evaluates inventory, production and transportation issues to coordinate customer orders.
• Confirms pricing and invoicing details within 24 hours of order receipt.
• Coordinates between credit, accounting and customer on invoicing discrepancies.
• Reports customer feedback and complaints to management and/or consumer relations.
• Promotes a positive representation of Pilgrim’s to customers.
• May travel or require availability outside normal business hours.
