Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400/iSeries, Navision).
• Ability to analyze problems and collaborate with others.
• Ability to interpret reports and data.
• Team-oriented with clear communication; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and update changes and special shipping requirements.
• Coordinate order shipments and communicate with Transportation, Sales and Operations.
• Maintain and manage order information using order management system tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
