Capital Brands in Los Angeles seeks an Order Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for our retail and distributor customers. You will act as the vital link between customers, sales, and our warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams, ensuring orders are entered accurately and shipments arrive on time.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years in order management, customer service, supply chain or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance; or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate customer purchase orders via multiple channels in the ERP system.
• Monitor and clear daily order exceptions, pricing mismatches, and inventory allocations.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, production, transportation and finance to prioritize shipments.
• Track open, backordered, and unshipped orders and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
• Serve as main contact for customers on order status, schedules, and escalations.
• Process RMAs, shipping discrepancies, and warranty claims.
• Produce daily/weekly status and service-level reports; adhere to policies.
