Order Management Specialist

Responsible for providing order management services to clients, including:

• Order quoting
• Order processing
• Order fulfilment
• Review of orders
• Order entry
• Order dispatch & support
• Order payment

Ensures the timely release of orders and adherence to standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors.

Qualifications: An experienced professional (P2) with practical knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Capable of working independently with general supervision. Handles difficult problems that are usually not complex and may influence others through explanation of policies and practices.
