Qualifications

• Experience processing orders and maintaining ERP data is preferred.
• Ability to generate basic reports and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with field offices on account issues and needs.
• Maintain ERP information for production and supply planning.
• Generate basic reports and analyze order-related data.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, manufacturing, quality and logistics to meet delivery expectations.
• Assist with ERP integration and ensure data integrity for orders.
• Provide strong customer relations and maintain order records.
