Job summary

Brewer Science, Inc. in Rolla, MO is seeking an Order Management Specialist I, II or III to monitor, process and coordinate sales orders with internal teams for on-time delivery.

You will verify order details, manage ERP data, and communicate status to customers while maintaining strong service levels. Responsibilities scale by level, with duties expanding to order discrepancies, high-volume processing, SOPs, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize fulfillment and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with field offices on account issues and needs.
• Maintain ERP data to drive production, supply planning and customer info.
• Generate basic reports and analyze order-related data.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics and customer service.
• Assist with ERP integration and order management processes.
• Gather inventory information at customer level and monitor levels.
• Provide strong customer relations and maintain accurate order records.
• Support sample submissions and consignment inventory billing orders.
