This role ensures timely, accurate order entry, manufacturer confirmations, and installation readiness while protecting the schedule.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in order management or related operations, proven leadership, strong data analysis, and excellent communication across Sales, Installation, and Warehouse

Qualifications

• Five+ years in order management or related operations.
• Two+ years leading a team.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work with accuracy.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM/order-management systems in building-products.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Advanced Excel or reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop seven Project Managers and two Contract Specialists.
• Own the order-to-installation process from sales to readiness.
• Establish quality controls to reduce errors and delays.
• Manage workload and capacity to meet installation schedules.
• Escalate and resolve critical order issues with stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Remeasure, Installation, Customer Service, and Warehouse.
• Use data to improve workflows and provide clear leadership visibility.
