• Receive, review, enter, and process customer orders accurately using order entry software and business systems.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve inquiries related to order processing, shipment status, pricing discrepancies, and product availability.
• Communicate order status with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate transfer of slow-moving inventory within the distribution network to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records in company systems.
• Support multiple product lines and assist single or multiple business entities as required.
• Identify and resolve order-related discrepancies in line with policies.
• Generate reports and provide order management data as requested.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
