Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon, ALI) is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our professional and fast-paced team environment. The duties of an Order Management Associate include processing global sales orders, managing assets, and license generation requests. The individual will perform order administration tasks for sales orders through Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP, including but not limited to:

  1. Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP
  2. Processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets
  3. Reviewing purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon ALI policies and procedures
  4. Reviewing legal agreements for delivery and administration instructions
  5. Communicating professionally with internal and external customers to identify, resolve, and escalate issues
  6. Performing other duties as required for the department's success
  7. Prioritizing tasks and working across multiple business systems to complete requests
  8. Being available to work flexible and extended hours at month-end

Effective communication skills are essential due to significant interface with both internal and external customers. A high degree of self-direction, decision-making, and teamwork is expected.

Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and mid-level experience required; related job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Good communication and analytical skills required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Technologically savvy: ability to quickly learn new software functionalities and processes
  • Salesforce CPQ or Apttus experience is a plus
  • Preferably located within 50 miles of Huntsville, AL
