• Manage operational risk by enhancing key controls and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

• Support investment processes, including facilitating transitions and responding to queries.

Required Experience

• Experience within the investment management industry.
• Familiarity with order management systems like Charles River (CRD) is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $115,254 - $184,406 (Los Angeles)

Eligible for individual annual performance bonus and Capital’s annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan contribution of 15% of eligible earnings.
