Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a detail-oriented Order Specialist to own the end-to-end daily processing of customer orders. You will prepare and validate order files, upload into the system, release fulfillment, and confirm completion, ensuring on-time delivery and data accuracy.

• 2 years of professional experience in fulfillment, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong data interpretation and ability to translate findings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management for repetitive processes with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment.
• Review, validate, and maintain order data.
• Manage order updates, inventory exceptions, and fulfillment changes.
