Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Holyoke, MA, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to pull and prepare orders for delivery, ensure accurate product type and quantity, and verify compliant labeling. You will track products in the state traceability system and uphold DoA requirements while maintaining clean work areas.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, 1–2 years warehousing experience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Cannabis experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED completed; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years warehousing and inventory experience.
• 1-2 years cannabis/botanicals experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to use independent judgment and communicate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from off-site sales partners and prepare for delivery.
• Pull sales orders, label per DoA rules, and verify accuracy.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking.
• Track product through state traceability program.
• Clean and organize work areas and equipment daily.
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain a positive attitude.
• Research and adapt methods to meet laws and regulations.
• Learn new products and communicate with supervisors as necessary.
