Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to pull sales orders, verify product type and quantity, and ensure compliant labeling for delivery. The role involves tracking products on the state traceability system to maintain regulatory compliance.

The position requires 1–2 years in warehousing, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred and a willingness to pass background

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing/inventory experience required.
• 1–2 years cannabis or botanicals experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and accurate work essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from off-site sales partners and pull orders.
• Label orders according to DoA rules and prepare for delivery.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking.
• Track product through state traceability program.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment daily.
• Assist other departments as needed and use initiative.
