Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to manage the final stage of the product lifecycle in our facility. You'll pull sales orders for delivery, verify product type and quantity, and ensure labeling aligns with DoA regulations.

You will track products electronically under state traceability rules to maintain compliance and quality control. The role offers a structured environment with opportunities to learn, support other departments, and grow expertise in cannabis industry

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing/inventory experience.
• 1–2 years cannabis or botanicals experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery; labeling in accordance with DoA rules.
• Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets.
• Tracking product through state traceability program.
• Working with off-site sales partners to receive orders.
• Assisting other departments as needed.
• Use independent judgment to maintain quality and meet goals.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean daily.
• Communicate with supervisors as necessary.
• Learn new products and adapt procedures per laws.
