Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to drive the final stage of the product life cycle in our manufacturing facility. You will pull sales orders, prepare them for delivery, and verify product type and quantity for accuracy.

You will also quality-check labels for DoA compliance and record product movements in the state traceability system to meet state laws and program regulations. Prior warehousing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years warehousing and inventory experience.
• 1-2 years cannabis or botanical processing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment to meet management expectations.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy over 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from off-site partners and prepare for delivery.
• Pull and label orders in accordance with DoA rules and regulations.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking.
• Track product through the state traceability program.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas daily.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment in product processing while maintaining quality.
