Green Thumb in Holyoke, MA seeks an Order Fulfillment Technician to efficiently pull orders, prepare them for delivery, and ensure accurate labeling in line with regulatory rules. You will track products electronically, maintain quality, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years warehousing/inventory experience.
• 1-2 years cannabis or botanicals experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery; labeling per DoA rules.
• Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets.
• Tracking product through state traceability program.
• Daily clean-up of work areas and equipment.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Use independent judgment to maintain quality and meet goals.
• Communicate with supervisors and learn new products.
