Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer purchase orders to confirm information is complete and accurate for order entry
• Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, customer records, and part numbers
• Communicate order status, estimated shipment dates, and shipping details to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and provide timely updates from an order management perspective
• Respond to customer service emails and phone inquiries regarding product availability and order status
• Prepare reports and process customer OS&D claims while maintaining accurate tracking records
