Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer purchase orders for required information for order entry.
• Follow procedures to ensure accurate order entry and order fulfillment.
• Update and maintain all Sales Orders per instructions from Sales Ops and Planning.
• Create and enter new customers and part numbers.
• Manage emails and communications with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and present information to customers.
• Answer calls and emails regarding product availability and shipment dates.
• Provide reports for internal and external customers.
• Process OS&D claims and maintain tracker.
