Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify items with handheld RF scanners, move goods to staging areas, and help ensure accurate, timely orders for customers.

You will work as part of a team to meet productivity targets while adhering to safety and club standards. Prior order-pulling and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
