Service Wire Company in Culloden, WV seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist to ensure Sales Orders align with policies and optimize site allocation for on-time shipping. The role involves extensive cross-department communication across the quote-to-cash cycle and requires strong analytical and coordination skills.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and be proficient with QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sales and Distribution for process exceptions and corrections.
• Review daily distribution orders to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met.
• Audit Sales Order for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing material for shipment.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flow.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related exceptions.
• Continuously evaluate processes, procedures and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures confirmed Sales Orders comply with policies and procedures while optimizing site allocation to ensure on-time shipping. This position requires extensive communication with multiple departments throughout the quote-to-cash cycle and demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
