Qualifications

• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with general office equipment (printers, copiers, faxes, scanners).
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Cooperatively works with members of various departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize records and filing systems for access and retrieval.
• Engage in data entry (entering requests and orders).

• Provide updates regarding order status (hot orders and back orders).
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary:

The Sales Order Processor is responsible for accurately entering, assigning, and tracking customer sales orders within the company’s database system. This role supports order fulfillment by maintaining organized records, monitoring order status, coordinating with shipping and inventory teams, and providing timely updates on order progress. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
