Job summary

Daifuku Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Order Packer for our Hobart, IN facility to accurately label and pack items for outbound shipments. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

The role requires basic computer skills, English reading/writing, and a dependable, detail-oriented approach. Experience with inventory and forklift handling is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English required.
• Good math, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and label items prior to packaging materials from other departments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Prepare accurate orders for outbound shipments.
• Use Wynsoft to stage product into a container.
• May operate a forklift; follow all safety rules as required.
• Adhere to Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Support improvements that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
