Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation in Hobart, IN is hiring for a 1st Shift Sales Order Packer. The role labels items and packs materials received from other departments, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy of outbound orders.

The position uses Wynsoft to stage products and may require forklift use. Strong computer, reading/writing English and math, and teamwork are essential. Full benefits are offered with a 1st shift schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment a plus.
• Experience with inventory a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carefully identifying and Labeling items prior to packaging of materials received from other departments.
• Working with other departments to ensure delivery of materials safely and on time.
• Preparing accurate orders for outbound shipments
• Using a computer program (Wynsoft) to stage product to a container
• May be required to use material handling equipment (Forklift); following all safety rules
• Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
