Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is hiring a full-time Sales Order Picker for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) in Hobart, Indiana. You will join a team delivering intra-logistics solutions with focus on accurate order fulfillment and safe material handling.

Responsibilities include picking parts per sales orders, packing into kits, and delivering to packaging areas, while maintaining inventory records; forklift experience is a plus, basic computer skills required, and safety and quality take

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience operating forklift equipment a plus.
Experience with inventory a plus.
Proficient reading/writing in English and basic math.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Picking parts of various size, shape, and weight according to sales orders.
Placing parts carefully in kits to avoid damage.
Delivering part orders to the requested packaging area.
Meeting expectations for number and accuracy of sales orders picked.
May be required to use material handling equipment forklift, stand-up forklift, Big Joe, following all safety rules.
Reading and maintaining information in the inventory system and ensuring accurate records.
